Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting pre-owned vehicles that align with their preferences and budget
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the used car inventory, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and market trends.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final sale, including conducting test drives and negotiating terms
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time, including financing options and warranty information
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up with potential leads and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Ensure the used car lot and showroom are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, assisting in the preparation and display of vehicles
•  Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management, participating in regular sales meetings and training sessions
