Job Responsibilities:
- Provide suitable recommendations and promote product to walk-in customers as needed
- Assisting walk-in customers in locating requested store products
- Addressing customer concerns and inquiries, as well as resolving customer complaints
- Responsible for managing the sales target
- Report weekly Operation to the Supervisor
- Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers
- Confidently making and closing sales
- Understanding the importance of best-selling lines and feature hotspots
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate/STPM/SPM
- 2 -3 years of sales experience in the relevant fields
- Familiar with computer systems
- Good interaction with stranger
- Basic and monthly commission, attractive salary
- Willing to work 6 days per week
- Able to work on weekends & PH
