Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery planning & control according to production planning
- Ensuring that the delivery is planned with cost-effectiveness
- To control the finished products' stock on FIFO basis
- To arrange the finished product's physical stock take in monthly basis
- To report the stock status to the superior as requirements
- To maintain a proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner
- To coordinate among the production planner, production in charge, and other related persons for the effective and smooth delivery
- To handle and ensure the stock accuracy of all materials, reporting on monthly and yearly basis
- To implement the ISO 9001 quality management system and other management systems for its department
- Any other task assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
- SPM or equivalent
- Minimum 3 (1) years of experience in store and delivery work in manufacturing
- Good at mathematics and with good inventory management
- PC literate; knowledge in Windows Office Word, Excel
- Must be able to work independently with little instruction and order
- Able to work under pressure, highly result-oriented, confident & independent
