Job Responsibilities:
- Operations Management – Oversee inventory management for wellness supplies and coordinate with vendors for cost-effective procurement
- Customer Service Management -Serve as the first point of contact for clients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins, providing tailored advice on wellness packages
- Sales & Revenue Growth – Drive sales of wellness service packages and memberships through needs-based selling
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree
- 1–3 years’ experience. Spa/Wellness centre operations are a plus
- English, Chinese & Malay language proficiency
- Hands-on experience with POS systems (e.g., Tunai), MS Office, and CRM tools
- Willing to work weekends. Tuesday–Saturday, Day Shift
