Salary Range : RM 3,000.00 – 4,000.00

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling all local, import & export logistics duties
  • Handling materials purchase & monitoring supplier delivery
  • Handling customer service
  • Prepare all periodical sales & purchase-related reports
  • Planning delivery schedules, monitoring stock levels, tracking incoming/outgoing products when if arrive at the destination
  • Build & maintain a successful relationship with logistics & local transport (sales/purchase) to ensure delivery performance (minimize customer complaints)
  • Work closely with the warehouse supervisor for stock availability to avoid a shortage of stock
  • Proper documentation and a good filing system
  • Handling sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Assist or backup in other operational activities for the company
  • Perform ad-hoc and other relevant tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Able to meet stringent reporting deadlines and handle corporate reporting responsibilities
  • An independent person with a high degree of maturity, integrity & initiative
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized accounting software, knowledge in SQL will be added advantage
  • Highly independent person with a sense of urgency, responsibility, and result-oriented
  • A team player who is dynamic with a mature personality, independent, and able to work under pressure
  • Required language(s): English, BM, and Mandarin for added advantage
  • Full-Time position(s) available
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (off-hours on-call support)
