Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day general administrative duties effectively
  • Support the administration staff and other departments (sales/logistics)
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and perform data entry
  • Prepare and handle invoices, delivery orders (DO), and purchase orders
  • Monitor and receive incoming goods from suppliers
  • Assist in goods (mattress) loading and stock checking activities
  • • Match invoices with delivery orders and ensure record accuracy
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and assist with customer service complaints
  • Provide brief reports related to logistics and stock movements
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks and ad-hoc duties
  • Drive for office-related errands if required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in administration/logistics/accounting
  • Familiarity with SQL accounting software is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Responsible, honest, and committed to high work standards
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and be a team player
  • Must have a valid full driving license
  • Own transport (car/motorcycle) required
  • Malaysian citizens only
