Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting pet supplies and products
- Maintain attractive, well-organized store displays and stock shelves
- Educate customers about pet care, nutrition, and product recommendations
- Process sales transactions and handle cash register duties
- Support inventory management: receive, unpack, label, and restock items
- Handle special orders, returns, and customer inquiries with professionalism
- Keep the store clean, including feeding stations and demo areas
