Job Responsibilities:
- Handle general office administration: filing, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate internal communications, phone calls, and emails
- Manage the procurement of office and packaging supplies
- Support HR tasks: tracking attendance, onboarding, and personnel records
- Prepare and maintain reports, invoices, and delivery documentation
- Liaise with external parties: suppliers, vendors, and service providers
- Assist finance team with basic bookkeeping and invoice reconciliation
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and operational
Job Requirements:
- Dynamic and good communication skills

- Assist with daily office and production operation work, including filing clerical work
- Well-versed in using Microsoft Office
