Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administration: filing, data entry, and document management
  • Coordinate internal communications, phone calls, and emails
  • Manage the procurement of office and packaging supplies
  • Support HR tasks: tracking attendance, onboarding, and personnel records
  • Prepare and maintain reports, invoices, and delivery documentation
  • Liaise with external parties: suppliers, vendors, and service providers
  • Assist finance team with basic bookkeeping and invoice reconciliation
  • Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and operational

Job Requirements:

  • Dynamic and good communication skills
  • Working area- Batu Caves
  • Assist with daily office and production operation work, including filing clerical work
  • Well-versed in using Microsoft Office
  • Organizing and maintaining records and files
