Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market surveys on parking systems, equipment, and competitor offerings
- Collect and analyze data on customer needs and market trends
- Support evaluation of mobile apps, parking hardware/software, and services
- Assist in preparing reports and insights for internal teams
- Engage with clients and users for feedback and service improvement
- Help identify new market opportunities and support business development
Job Requirements:
- Must own an updated iPhone or smartphone
- Minimum SPM level
- Fluent in Malay /English /Chinese
- Must be tech-savvy
- Socially friendly and keen to learn
- Possesses own transport and willing to travel extensively, include outstation
