Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR-related documentation
- Assist in payroll processing and leave administration
- Oversee employee engagement activities and welfare programs
- Handle disciplinary matters, employee grievances, and HR compliance with employment laws
- Support performance management processes and HR policy implementation
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software or payroll systems is a plus
- Familiar with labor laws and HR best practices in Malaysia
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
