Job Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on suitable mortgage products based on their financial situation
- Assess client eligibility and assist with mortgage applications and documentation
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and legal parties
- Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and lending policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Job Requirements:
- Age: 18 – 35 years old
- Education: SPM – Degree (If no diploma, at least 2-3 years of sales experience)
- Transportation: Own transport required
- Personal Traits: Strong ambition, sense of responsibility, eager to learn and grow
