Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Umrah packages to individual and group clients
- Attend to customer inquiries via walk-in, phone, or online platforms
- Provide professional consultation on Umrah services, procedures, and requirements
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Maintain strong relationships with customers before, during & after the journey
- Assist in roadshows, exhibitions & marketing campaigns when needed
Job Requirements:
- Aged 21–30 years
- Experience in related field (1–3 years)
- Have an attractive & professional personality
- Able to work in a team
- Min. Diploma/Degree in related field
