Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily production of fresh vegetables and fruits
- Monitor staff performance and ensure work targets are met
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the production area
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain stock levels of packing materials and tools
- Report any production issues to management and suggest improvements
