Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Leads, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and IT teams to thoroughly understand testing requirements and ensure alignment of test strategies with business and technical needs
• Support the testing lifecycle by assisting in test planning, executing test cases, and documenting results to help ensure quality standards and project requirements are met
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with the development cycle
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-go-live quality checks to validate system functionality and performance
• Provide hands-on production support by troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and assisting in finding effective solutions to maintain system stability
• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases to verify functional and non-functional system requirements
• Create and manage clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for test plans, test scripts, and results to support traceability and audits

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or juniors with less than 6 months of work experience
• Familiar with software testing concepts through internships or academic coursework
• Exposure to manual testing for web or mobile applications is a plus
• Interested in learning test planning, defect tracking, and cross-browser and mobile testing
• Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive mindset towards quality assurance and continuous improvement
• Able to manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
• Friendly, collaborative, and open to feedback
• Willing to participate in post-deployment testing, including late-night support if required
