Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web systems
- Write clean, maintainable code with unit tests
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and production deployment
- Support production systems and troubleshoot issues
- Continuously learn and improve through AI code assistants
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or juniors with less than 6 months of experience
- Comfortable with either backend (Java, Kotlin, Spring) or frontend (responsive web, Angular, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, CSS), and willing to learn the other side
- Enjoys coding and building things from scratch
- Willing to work across the full stack (frontend and backend)
- Open to work on both new and legacy projects
- Familiar with Git and basic software development workflows
- Exposure to JetBrains IDEs, GitHub Copilot, or other AI code assistants is an added advantage
- Exposure to Linux environments and cloud platforms like AWS is an added advantage
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn, proactive, and enjoys solving problems
