Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation for internal use
• Ensure product requirement documents are clear, up-to-date, and accessible
• Conduct internal verification testing to validate product features and improvements
• Identify and report issues for resolution
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as the product coordinator, product analyst, engineering, and business teams to clarify product feature requirements and resolve issues for features or enhancements
• Assist in tracking product performance metrics and relevant reports
• Identify insights to help improve product effectiveness

Job Requirements: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field to fintech, or payment industry, or the digital banking of the consumer sector equivalent
• Strong interest in fintech, product development, and digital payments
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across functions
• Detail-oriented with an ability to manage documentation and testing tasks efficiently
• An analytical mindset with basic knowledge of research and reporting
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Excel, or other product management tools
• Knowledge or interest in digital wallets, fintech trends, or product lifecycle
