Job Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with member registration and package processing

Prepare and manage sales documents (quotations, invoices, receipts)

Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads

Maintain accurate records of memberships and payments

Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and client support
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Sports/gym lover is preferred
