Work Location : Kajang / Bangi / Serdang, Selangor
Salary Range : RM 2,500.00 – 3,500.00

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist with daily office administrative tasks, which include documentation, filing, correspondence, and following up on pending matters
  • Prepare quotation, purchase order, invoices, sales order, and SQL system
  • Handle admin and daily operational activities
  • Organization of the ISO 9001: 2015 document control system

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM, Certificate or Diploma, or equivalent disciplines
  • 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
  • Experience with the SQL Accounting System will be an added advantage
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience with ISO will be an added advantage
