Job Responsibilities:
- To assist with daily office administrative tasks, which include documentation, filing, correspondence, and following up on pending matters
- Prepare quotation, purchase order, invoices, sales order, and SQL system
- Handle admin and daily operational activities
- Organization of the ISO 9001: 2015 document control system
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM, Certificate or Diploma, or equivalent disciplines
- 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Experience with the SQL Accounting System will be an added advantage
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience with ISO will be an added advantage
