Job Responsibilities:
- Issue sales order, delivery order, invoices, and credit notes
- Perform general administrative duties, including documentation and proper daily filing
- Assist the manager in preparing sales reports
- Perform customer service duties, including following up and resolving delivery status inquiries with customers
Job Requirements:
- Possess a minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or Diploma
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and working in a multilingual environment
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word and Excel)
