Job Responsibilities:

  • Issue sales order, delivery order, invoices, and credit notes
  • Perform general administrative duties, including documentation and proper daily filing
  • Assist the manager in preparing sales reports
  • Perform customer service duties, including following up and resolving delivery status inquiries with customers

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or Diploma
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and working in a multilingual environment
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word and Excel)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience
