Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting
  • Check and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer and manage phone calls; direct queries appropriately
  • Assist the manager with day-to-day tasks, errands, and assignments
  • Maintain and tabulate employee attendance records
  • Assist the HR department in preparing salary-related documentation and calculations
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel are a must)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in [Insert relevant languages, e.g., English and Bahasa Malaysia]
  • Prior experience in admin or PA roles is an added advantage
