Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Proficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting
- Check and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Answer and manage phone calls; direct queries appropriately
- Assist the manager with day-to-day tasks, errands, and assignments
- Maintain and tabulate employee attendance records
- Assist the HR department in preparing salary-related documentation and calculations
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel are a must)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills in [Insert relevant languages, e.g., English and Bahasa Malaysia]
- Prior experience in admin or PA roles is an added advantage
