Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inbound and outbound movement of containers
• Liaise with transporters on shipping documentation, delivery instructions, and coordination matters
• Schedule and monitor arrival and departure times for both land and sea transportation
• Coordinate closely with customs authorities to ensure compliance with all import/export regulations
• Prepare and review all necessary paperwork related to shipping, customs clearance, and logistics operations
• Solve any issues or delays related to transport or customs procedures
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, transport schedules, and container tracking
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and shipping departments for smooth supply chain operations

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, preferably with exposure to both land and sea freight
• Strong knowledge of customs documentation and clearance procedures
• Excellent coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in Chinese, English, and Malay
• Proficient in using logistics and documentation systems
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple timelines
