Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing office supplies, IT equipment, and project-related materials
  • Prepare purchase orders, obtain quotations, and compare pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and update supplier databases
  • Coordinate with internal departments to verify purchase requirements and delivery timelines
  • Monitor and track delivery status to ensure timely receipt of goods and services
  • Liaise with vendors on order confirmations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining good vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
  • Support in budget tracking and reporting for procurement-related expenses
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to procurement and office operations

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of procurement processes
  • Import & export experience is a strong advantage
  • Minimum Diploma in Business / Supply Chain / related field
