Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Handle and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and courier documents
- Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases accurately
- Assist in preparing invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and other relevant documents
- Support procurement, HR, and finance departments with clerical tasks as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate internal communication between departments
- Ensure documents are filed and archived properly for easy retrieval
- Answer and redirect phone calls, take messages, and greet office visitors professionally
- Assist with any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management
