Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Handle and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and courier documents
  • Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases accurately
  • Assist in preparing invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and other relevant documents
  • Support procurement, HR, and finance departments with clerical tasks as needed
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinate internal communication between departments
  • Ensure documents are filed and archived properly for easy retrieval
  • Answer and redirect phone calls, take messages, and greet office visitors professionally
  • Assist with any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management
