Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service team (captains, servers, baristas)
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness, food safety, and customer service
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently
• Train and motivate staff on service standards and product knowledge
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports for management
• Assist in staff scheduling and ensure sufficient manpower during peak hours
• Maintain cash control procedures and assist with POS operations
