Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery
- Supervise servers/baristas during shifts to maintain service excellence
- Assist the Supervisor in daily operations, including opening and closing duties
- Recommend menu items and upsell specials or promotions
- Handle minor guest complaints before escalating to Supervisor
- Monitor table turnover and cleanliness of the dining area
Job Requirements:
- SPM or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience as a Captain or Senior Server
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
