Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure work progresses on schedule
- Coordinate renovation, carpentry, material, and electrical supply tasks
- Supervise site workers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage site materials, tools, and delivery schedules
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams to resolve issues
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project documentation
