Job Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain computer systems, networks, and internal software tools
- Assist in the integration and testing of AI and big data analytics platforms
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for internal teams
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and ensure data security protocols
- Coordinate with developers and data teams on the deployment of tech solutions
- Assist in automating operational tasks and improving user support tools
- Document technical procedures and provide IT support for end-users
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, data protection, and cybersecurity standards
