Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Supervise daily operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching or training when needed
- Handle key customer accounts and resolve escalated issues
- Plan and execute sales strategies and promotions
- Prepare sales reports and track team KPIs
- Coordinate with management on inventory, pricing, and marketing activities
Job Requirements:
- SPM/ Diploma/ Degree
- Experienced in Sales (Online / Retail)
- Able to manage work without supervision
- Enthusiastic to work & confident to improve work performance
- Able to communicate with everyone
