We are looking for a creative and energetic Live Host to join our team. You will be responsible for developing engaging content ideas for our TikTok account, hosting live sessions on Shopee and other social media platforms, and following up with customers to ensure excellent service and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop new & creative content ideas for our TikTok account to increase brand awareness and engagement.
✅ Host live sessions on Shopee and other social media platforms to promote our products, answer questions, and drive sales.
✅ Engage actively with viewers during live streams to create an interactive and positive experience.
✅ Follow up with customers after live sessions to answer queries, confirm orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and content calendars.
✅ Keep up-to-date with social media trends and competitor activities to suggest fresh ideas.

Requirements:

• Confident, cheerful personality with strong communication & presentation skills.
• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee Live, and social media tools.
• Able to think creatively and come up with engaging content ideas.
• Customer-oriented mindset with good follow-up skills.
• Experience in live streaming or sales is an advantage
