Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure adequate stock availability for online orders
- Process online orders, verify customer information, and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely fulfillment and delivery
- Provide customer support via email, phone, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in e-commerce performance
- Implement and monitor online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and increase sales
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical issues, broken links, and other errors that may impact user experience or search engine rankings
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend new strategies to enhance online sales and customer engagement
