Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage social media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) – take photos/videos, write captions & respond to comments
• Appear in short videos (host/interviewer) to promote workshop services + do basic video editing
• Greet walk-in customers and explain our services & promotions in a friendly manner
• Reply to social media inquiries, arrange appointments & follow up with customers via WhatsApp/Facebook
• Assist in creating simple content using Canva & help organize marketing-related files

Job Requirements:

• Cheerful personality & comfortable speaking in front of the camera
• Basic knowledge of social media, Canva & CapCut
• Able to speak in BM & English (Mandarin is a bonus)
• Independent, fast learner & proactive
• Priority will be given to female candidates who are passionate about marketing & social media
