Job Responsibilities:
- Support our daily operations in the transport division
- Handle administrative tasks
- Assist in scheduling lorries and drivers
- Manage documentation
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, drivers, and operations staff
- Monitor and update daily lorry movement
- Maintain records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices, consignment notes, and other logistics documents
- Keep accurate records of trip sheets, permits, road tax, and insurance
- File and manage all transport-related documents for audits and compliance
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, or changes
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries related to transport operations
- Assist with data entry, filing, and administrative support for the transport team
