Job Responsibilities:

  • Support our daily operations in the transport division 
  • Handle administrative tasks
  • Assist in scheduling lorries and drivers
  • Manage documentation
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients, drivers, and operations staff
  • Monitor and update daily lorry movement 
  • Maintain records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption
  • Prepare delivery orders, invoices, consignment notes, and other logistics documents
  • Keep accurate records of trip sheets, permits, road tax, and insurance
  • File and manage all transport-related documents for audits and compliance
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, or changes
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries related to transport operations
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and administrative support for the transport team
