Job Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams
- Handle order processing, tracking, and customer inquiries
- Assist in uploading product images, descriptions, and pricing
- Ensure all listings are up to date and optimized
- Prepare reports on sales, returns, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and promotions
Job Requirements:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin or Malay
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Word
- Knowledge of Canva or basic photo editing is a bonus
