Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones (hardware and software issues)
- Replace damaged parts such as LCD screens, batteries, charging ports, and cameras
- Perform water damage treatment and data recovery where possible
- Ensure proper functionality and quality checks after repairs
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer details
- Provide technical advice and explain issues to customers in a clear, friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the repair area
- Keep up with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in phone repair (at least 1 year preferred)
- Strong knowledge of smartphones, especially iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, etc
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of software troubleshooting is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- SPM/Certificate/Diploma in related fields is a plus
