Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise retail staff and ensure efficient store operations
• Assist in managing stock levels, reordering products, and ensuring accurate inventory management
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring motivation and productivity
• Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and issues
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Train new staff on company policies, product knowledge, and customer service techniques
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets
• Assist in merchandising and ensuring the store is visually appealing
• Enforce store policies and procedures
• Manage the opening and closing of the store, including cash handling and reporting

Job Requirements:

• Previous retail experience (preferably in a supervisory or leadership role)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus
