Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to strict deadlines and within scope and budget
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Manage relationships and communications with stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed
• Ensure that all projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in media, marketing, or communication industries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus (optional)
