Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage travel bookings including flights, accommodations, transport, and tour arrangements.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are accurate, cost-effective, and aligned with client preferences.
• Liaise with travel partners such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
• Handle client issues or last-minute changes efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare travel itineraries, travel documents, and necessary reports.
• Support the tour operations team during peak travel seasons.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Tourism Management or relevant field.
• At least 1 years of experience in a travel agency or operations role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
