Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of assigned departments
- Ensure staff follow company policies, safety protocols, and service standards
- Handle guest complaints and provide quick solutions
- Train and guide team members to ensure quality service delivery
- Monitor staff performance and report to management
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Able to work long hours and during peak seasons
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
