Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct recreational and beach activities for guests (snorkeling, kayaking, team games, etc.)
• Ensure guest safety during all recreational programs
• Maintain recreation equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety
• Promote resort activities and encourage guest participation
• Provide information about marine life and conservation (if applicable)

Job Requirements

• Passionate about outdoor activities and guest engagement
• Physically fit and able to swim; lifeguard experience is an advantage
• Friendly and energetic with good communication skills
• Basic first-aid knowledge is a plus
