Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and handle check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage room bookings, guest inquiries, and reservations via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Handle payment transactions accurately.
- Provide local information, tour details, and assistance as needed.
- Address guest feedback professionally and escalate major issues.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate (knowledge of booking systems is a plus).
- Willing to work shifts and weekends.
