Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and handle check-in/check-out processes.
  • Manage room bookings, guest inquiries, and reservations via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Handle payment transactions accurately.
  • Provide local information, tour details, and assistance as needed.
  • Address guest feedback professionally and escalate major issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
  • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate (knowledge of booking systems is a plus).
  • Willing to work shifts and weekends.
