Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute installation, testing, and commissioning of EV chargers and related electrical systems.
• Read, interpret, and work from electrical single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and layout plans.
• Modify and install distribution boards, cable trays, trunking, and earthing systems in commercial environments.
• Supervise and guide junior technicians or subcontractors on-site.
• Perform site assessments, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and relevant TNB, ST, and local authority regulations.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical installations, preferably involving LV switchboards, distribution boards, armoured cabling, and control systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical protection systems, voltage drop, earthing, and load balancing.
• Previous experience with EV charger installation is an advantage.
• Valid PW4 / PW2 license or equivalent (preferable).
• Able to work independently and take accountability for site work.
• Willing to travel to project sites across Malaysia if required.
• Experience in EV charging, solar PV, or sustainable energy sectors.
• Familiar with HIRARC, method statements, and compliance documentation.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
