Job Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyse data to develop insights that inform marketing strategies and sales tactics.
- Digital Marketing:
- Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing materials.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other documentation as needed.
- Participate in sales meetings and client interactions to gain exposure to the sales process.
- Customer Engagement:
- Help manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to enhance customer experience.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and sales performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for the electric vehicle industry and sustainable transportation.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
