Job Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Supervising and training staff, including baristas and other outlet personnel. 
• Operational Oversight: Ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations of the tea outlet.
• Quality Control: Maintaining consistent quality of beverages and service standards. 
• Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. 
• Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. 
• Financial Management: May be involved in basic financial tasks like handling cash transactions and managing petty cash. 
• Outlet Maintenance: Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the outlet. 
• Sales and Targets: May be responsible for achieving outlet sales targets. 

Job Requirements:

• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team. 
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with both staff and customers. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve issues that arise during outlet operations. 
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. 
• F&B Experience: Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is often preferred. 
• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using relevant software like Microsoft Excel and other systems. 
• Self-Discipline and Self-Driven: Ability to stay updated with industry knowledge and perform tasks independently.
