Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential customers from provided leads or lists.
• Introduce company products/services in a professional manner.
• Collect and verify customer information during calls.
• Set appointments for the sales team to follow up or meet with clients.
• Maintain a record of calls, feedback, and appointment outcomes.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the management.
• Follow up with prospects who have shown interest.
• Maintain good telephone etiquette and professionalism at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident, persistent, and target-driven.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
