Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians that align with company goals
- Ensure client issues are addressed and solved on time
- Evaluate new products and support project needs. Ensure all are carried out well, on time and suitable for market
- Must be technically proficient in all Valtech products (training provided)
- Provide technical insights and solutions where improvement is needed internally and externally
- Equip and train your team with the adequate technical knowledge to do their job well
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of senior technician experience
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Willingness to travel + own transport
- Fluency in English & Bahasa (Mandarin is a plus)
- Agressive, team player, hardworking and committed
