Job Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand campaign objectives and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their branding image and long-term business goals. Act as the primary point of contact to support clients' business needs.
  • Initiative Development:
    • Create and implement initiatives that identify and capitalise on business opportunities for clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and handle various monthly business reports to enhance the visibility of campaign performance to clients and top management.
  • Social Media Strategy:
    • Propose, brainstorm, plan, develop, and execute social media strategies for brand campaigns.
  • Budget Management:
    • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust operations based on financial analysis.
  • Trend Identification:
    • Identify and recommend the latest trends to keep social media strategies current and effective.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Oversee clients' social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, XHS, etc.), including planning, scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and staying updated with trends.
  • Content Approval:
    • Liaise with clients for content draft approvals, ensuring all content aligns with client expectations.
  • Resource Coordination:
    • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless campaign execution.
  • Documentation:
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
