Job Details

Job Responsibilities: 

• Conduct new product evaluations.
• Review product designs for efficient, reliable assembly.
• Create & document technical specifications, work instructions, and test plans.
• Develop & implement test plans, analyse test data, and manage yield.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in function, performance, and design.
• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Maintain complete product documentation — evaluation reports, NPI reports, technical specs, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Leadership, problem-solving skills, discipline, attention to detail, and commitment.
• Strong grasp of engineering principles and quality control methods.
• Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
• Willingness to travel locally & abroad.
