Job Responsibilities:
- Design and Planning
- Assist in creating mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings (using software like AutoCAD, SketchUP, Revit, or 3ds Max)
- Help in space planning, furniture layouts, and material selection
- Research trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
- Client Interaction & Coordination
- Support senior designers in client meetings and presentations
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for samples and quotations
- Assist in preparing project proposals and cost estimates
- Project Execution
- Monitor site progress and ensure design specifications are followed
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, and electricians for installations
- Handle documentation, including BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and design specifications.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain project files, samples, and design libraries
- Assist in procurement and inventory management
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal reviews
