Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to clients and respond to their inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events as required.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM (Malaysian Certificate of Education) or equivalent; Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
• At least 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in [your industry, e.g., FMCG, technology, manufacturing].
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Confident in face-to-face presentations and negotiations.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
