⁠Job Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and process purchase orders
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, request quotations, and negotiate prices
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain good supplier relationships
  • Keep accurate purchasing records and reports
  • Handle general office administration, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
  • Support daily operations and liaise with internal teams

​Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • SPM with 1–2 years of purchasing experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Advantage for candidates with knowledge of AutoCount system
