Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Source and evaluate suppliers, request quotations, and negotiate prices
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain good supplier relationships
- Keep accurate purchasing records and reports
- Handle general office administration, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
- Support daily operations and liaise with internal teams
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- SPM with 1–2 years of purchasing experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Advantage for candidates with knowledge of AutoCount system
